1. Website Development:
- Minor Updates: Kenyton is committed to assisting our customers with minor updates to their websites at absolutely no cost.
- Major Updates: For substantial modifications or updates based on customer requests, applicable fees will be levied. The exact fee structure will be determined based on the nature and extent of the changes required.
- Domain Transfer: If a customer wishes to transfer their domain to a different service provider, Kenyton will facilitate this process. However, it's crucial to note that the website source code cannot be transferred due to limited licensing agreements.
- Design Approval: Once a customer has approved a website design and it has entered the development phase, changes to the approved design will incur a fee. Ensure that you are certain with your choice of website layout before granting approval to avoid additional charges.
2. Hardware Package:
- Warranty Period: All hardware packages come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Non-Refundable: The warranty on hardware packages is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
3. Printing Services:
- Design Inclusion: Our printing services encompass the design aspect, ensuring that you receive a comprehensive service.
- File Formats: Upon completion, we will provide the finalized design in either image or PDF format with design proofing.
- No Provision for Editing Files: It's essential to note that Kenyton will not provide design editing files (e.g., PSD, AI, INDD, etc.) as part of our printing services. Our focus is on delivering a finalized design in a printable format that aligns with your specifications.
4. Graphic Design:
- Design Proofing: After the initial design is created, a design proof will be sent to the customer for review and feedback.
- Modification Allowance: Customers are entitled to three rounds of modifications to the initial design based on their feedback.
- Final Design Approval: Once the customer agrees to the finalized design proof, it will be considered as the final design. Subsequent changes or modifications to this approved design will not be entertained
5. Update Inquiries:
- Timelines: We are committed to addressing update inquiries within 48 hours of receipt. However, the actual timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the request.
- Process: Upon receiving an update inquiry, the task will be assigned to the appropriate team for handling. Once the update is completed, the customer will be promptly notified.
- Customer Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for reviewing the completed update and notifying us if any further modifications are required.
